Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 7-10 Working days of purchase. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Return:

Contact our customer support team at Customer Support Email / Phone Number to initiate a return.We process returns within 7-10 working days.

Once approved, return the item either by:

Dropping it off at our store. Shipping it back to us (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the return is inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error.

Exceptions:

Certain items like consumables, personal care products, and clearance items are not eligible for returns. Items with signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

যদি কোনো কারণে আমাদের সার্ভিস আপনাকে সন্তুষ্ট করতে না পারে, তাহলে আমাদের রিটার্ন পলিসি আপনাকে একটি সুন্দর অভিজ্ঞতা নিশ্চিত করবে।

☞ পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি রিটার্নের নীতিমালা:

পণ্য কেনার পর ৭-১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করতে হবে। পণ্যটি অপ্রত্যাহৃত, মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে এবং সমস্ত আনুষঙ্গিক/ম্যানুয়ালসহ থাকা অত্যাবশ্যক। একটি বৈধ প্রমাণ (রসিদ বা অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন) প্রয়োজন।

☞ কিভাবে রিটার্ন করবেন:

রিটার্ন করতে আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন: কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট ইমেইল / ফোন নম্বরে।

আমরা রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া ৭-১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করি।
একবার অনুমোদিত হলে, পণ্যটি আপনি নিচের যে কোনো উপায়ে ফেরত দিতে পারেন:
১. আমাদের স্টোরে জমা দিয়ে।
২. পণ্যটি আমাদের কাছে পাঠিয়ে দিন (শিপিং খরচ গ্রাহকের দায়িত্বে থাকবে)।

☞রিফান্ড:

রিটার্ন পরিদর্শন করার পর ৭-১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে। শিপিং খরচ রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়, তবে যদি পণ্যটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল হয় তবে শিপিং খরচ রিফান্ড করা হবে।

☞ব্যতিক্রম:

কিছু পণ্য যেমন কনজ্যুমেবলস, পারসোনাল কেয়ার পণ্য এবং ক্লিয়ারেন্স আইটেম রিটার্নের জন্য উপযোগী নয়। যেসব পণ্যে পরিধান, ক্ষতি বা পরিবর্তনের চিহ্ন রয়েছে সেগুলি গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
